Concession of the License to operate a wide range of casino activities in the Metropolitan Pole of Elliniko - Agios Kosmas

On Friday, October 22nd, the independent administrative authority “Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC), made the final award of the project “Concession of the License to operate a wide range of casino activities in the Metropolitan Park of Elliniko – Agios Kosmas”, to the Association of Companies with the distinctive title ATHENS IRC, which is an evolution of the original Contractor INSPIRE ATHENS.

At KLC Law Firm we are profoundly proud that we, as Legal Advisors to the HGC, contributed throughout the preparation and proceeding of the International Tender for the concession of the Casino Operation License in the Metropolitan Park of Elliniko – Agios Kosmas.
The successful completion of this phase in the tender procedure with the appointment of the final Contractor was a difficult, and multi-level project.
