KLC acted as Greek law advisor to Edison group

The end of 2024 is marked by yet another landmark M&A deal in the energy sector for KLC Law Firm. We proudly acted as Greek law advisor to Edison group for the disposal of its 50% stake in Elpedison B.V. holding 100% of the share capital of ELPEDISON S.A. It has been a challenging negotiation but also a truly emotional transaction for us at KLC Law Firm, being there at the very formation of the Elpedison joint venture some 15 years ago!
