KLC advised Pireaus bank

KLC Law Firm is delighted to announce that it has acted as legal advisor to Piraeus Bank in the formation of a joint venture (controlled by Piraeus Bank) with QUALCO, providing full spectrum legal support throughout the structuring and implementation of the transaction. The joint venture is initially focused to the formation of a platform for the digital processing of mortgage loans ensuring an enhanced end-to-to end digital customer journey, underpinned by a GenAI-powered process coordinator touching multiple operational processes.

Looking ahead, the platform may be further developed to support other digital tools across the banking sector.
