KLC advising Karatzis Group of Companies on the formation of a joint venture with Metlen Energy & Metals.

We are proud to announce that KLC Law Firm advised Karatzis Group of Companies on the formation of a joint venture with Metlen Energy & Metals to develop, build and operate a 330-MW/790-MWh battery energy storage system, the largest standalone BESS being developed in Greece and one of the largest in Europe. The joint venture builds on the companies’ existing cooperation for the construction and operation of a 262-MW solar portfolio in the same region.
