KLC Advises Lightsource bp on Financing Major PV Project in Greece

KLC advising Lightsource bp in relation to the financing of one of the largest PV Projects in Greece.

KLC Law Firm has been advising Lightsource BP in relation to the financing related land and regulatory due diligence of one of the largest PV projects in Greece, of a capacity of 560 MWp and of a budget of €395,15 million in the areas of Larissa and Fthiotida. The subsidiary of LSbp developing the project has recently entered into an agreement with Eurobank for its financing as part of the Greek National Reliance and Resilience Plan: “Greece 2.0”.
