KLC contributing in reshaping the Greek energy sector

KLC Law Firm is proud to have once again supported its clients in transactions reshaping the Greek energy sector. We advised the developers of a 19.8 MW operational renewable energy portfolio in the region of Kilkis on the successful completion of its sale thereof to AKTOR Group. In parallel, KLC Law Firm is also advising the Greek bank providing financing to SUNFORCE (a member of Aktor Group), for the phased acquisition of RES projects across the country.
