KLC Successfully Defends Multinational Pharmaceutical Client Against Injunction Petition

KLC successfully defended its client, a multinational pharmaceutical group against their petition for injunction measures requesting our client to cease marketing of its pharmaceutical product by asserting the corresponding patent in place which was being infringed. The court acknowledged that despite the patent is in force, it is probable that it is invalid due to lack of novelty and/or inventiveness and thus rejected the petition.
