We are proud to have successfully represented Edison in the landmark ELPEDISON S.A. deal reshaping the Greek energy market. For us at KLC Law Firm this has been a historical and rather “emotional” transaction, bearing in mind that we have been representing Edison group since its entry in the Greek energy market in the early 2000s and have played an instrumental role for the establishment and operation of Elpedison in joint venture with Helleniq.
