KLC supporting Attica Bank

KLC Law Firm is pleased to announce it has supported Attica Bank in the project financing of a battery energy storage system (BESS) with an installed capacity and maximum storage capacity of 134.16 MW sponsored by Faria Renewables.
The remuneration structure of the project is based on the 10-year operating aid agreement with DAPEEP, awarded as a result of its successful participation in the second tender launched by the Regulatory Authority for Waste, Energy and Water (RAWEW).
