KLC Supports National Energy Holdings in €60 Million Bond Program Signing

KLC Law Firm is proud to have successfully supported National Energy Holdings Limited in the signing of a bond loan program for an amount of c. €60 million with Piraeus Bank with regards to the provision of financing for the construction, development and operation of 7 photovoltaic parks in the regions of Thiva and Korinthos, Greece, with a total capacity of 60,3 MWp, including the construction of the associated grid infrastructure and upgrade of existing MV/HV Substation with the addition of a 33/150 kV 90/110MVA transformer.

The successful signing of the bond loan program provides further evidence of the growing and dynamic presence of KLC Law Firm in project finance transactions in the Greek energy sector.
