Elina Stratiki

Elina practices law for more than 15 years specializing in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) sector, in corporate and general commercial law issues and complex agreements/transactions. Her practice includes also the drafting and negotiation of concession agreements and PPP projects, as well as advising on project finance, mostly in the energy sector. She has been involved in numerous projects of corporate transformations, acquisitions, group restructurings and other transactions, both local and cross-border, and in general complex contractual/transaction schemes, representing both local and foreign clients, including large multinational groups of companies, in various industries. Within this context, she has participated in numerous due diligence processes and has actively been involved in the drafting and negotiation of the relevant transaction documents.
