Evi is a Partner at KLC Law Firm. Her practice focuses on the project financing of infrastructure projects,mostly on the hospitality and energy sector. She advises both domestic and international clients on all aspects of financing transactions extending from the structuring, due diligence and negotiation and drafting of transaction documents. Evi has also significant experience in corporate and commercial law issues at local and cross border level, as well as on M&A transactions (including privatizations) and equity financing across various industries. She also advises both VCs and start-up entities in pre-seed and seed financing.
