Georgia has extensive experience across the entire spectrum of intellectual property (copyright & industrial property), IT, e-banking, financial technology and digital transactions. She has worked extensively on e-banking matters, software, and new technologies, addressing complex issues and contracts, including service level agreements, licensing models, data protection, anti-piracy strategies, intellectual property rights enforcement, and consumer protection. Additionally, she has worked with start-ups and tech companies on clearing and managing intellectual property portfolios and assets, ranging from copyrights to trade secrets and patents, as well as mergers, financing, and acquisitions.
Georgia has been actively engaged in heavy patent litigation in the pharmaceutical sector, representing marketing authorization holders of generic products, and dealing with commercial issues in the industry. She has also handled numerous trademark cases concerning both exploitation contracts and rights infringement, representing clients before courts and tribunals.
