Ivi Koumaki

Ivi focuses on corporate, commercial and M&A law. Her area of practice encompasses corporate transactions, with emphasis on M&As. More specifically, she is engaged in legal due diligence exercises, drafting of transactional documentation, and dealing with related Greek law formalities. Ivi also advises both domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial matters with regards to their day-to-day operation, including the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, as well as their corporate governance and company formation.
