Vasia specialises in finance, banking and commercial law. She has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating financing documents and security agreements, both in corporate financing and complex projects, such as energy and infrastructure projects. In addition, she is involved in conducting due diligence in relation to the above projects both in the context of financings and in the context of mergers and acquisitions. She also provides legal advice on digital banking issues, with an emphasis on consumer protection and compliance of payment service providers and financial products with the relevant regulatory framework. In the same context, she actively participates in the drafting and revision of the terms and conditions governing the constantly evolving payment services, as well as in the negotiation and drafting of the respective contracts.
