Xenofon worked in the tax department of Ernst & Young Hellas from 2000 through 2006. Since 2006 he is in charge of KLC’s tax practice. He has extensive experience in all areas of taxation, with more emphasis on the taxation of businesses (corporate tax, VAT, corporate transformations, international tax etc.). He has conducted tax and commercial litigations and arbitrations. In parallel, starting from 2013, he is routinely involved in important M&A projects and has accumulated significant experience also in this field.
