She has been involved in numerous regulatory compliance projects for large corporate clients from different industries and sectors, with a focus on clients from the innovation and technology sector; she drafts and negotiates contracts, participates in legal due diligence projects in the context of large transactions, manages extended trademark portfolios and undertakes the protection of IP rightsholders in and out of court.
