Our expertise covers personnel mobility and business restructuring issues, employment relations issues arising from privatisations, transfers, mergers, spin offs and business reorganisations, as well as conduct of due diligence within the context of M&A transactions. We work closely and on a daily basis with the Human Resources departments of Greek and multinational companies in order to promote labour policies as well as to support them in relation to internal investigations, disciplinary procedures and crisis management.
- Acting for a shipbuilding company before the Supreme Court and the ECJ in a class action dispute with former employees of a subsidiary of the company.
- Advising a leading company, member of a multinational group, managing and operating regional airports, on individual and collective employment law issues.
- Acting for the local subsidiary of a leading multinational mobile telecommunications group on employment law issues.
- Advising a major hospitality group on sector specific labour law issues, including the appointment and permitting of expats employed at landmark resorts of the group operated by international hotel operators.
- Advising the local subsidiary of a multinational pharmaceutical group on sector specific labour law issues, including contentious and non-contentious matters resulting from the business reorganization of the group.
