- Advising numerous foreign investors on licensing, regulatory, project development and contractual matters in relation to the due diligence, acquisition, financing, construction and operation of renewable projects portfolios (wind, solar, biogas etc) and gas-fired plants.
- Evaluating regulatory models and drafting of the first comprehensive law regulating offshore wind projects in Greece.
- Advising the special purpose joint venture company established by TSOs in order to conduct environmental, technical and feasibility studies for a cross-border electricity interconnection project.
- Advising a Greek oil major in the due diligence and acquisition of a leading waste management and alternative fuel production company for a purchase price of ca. €115m.
- Acting as legal counsel of the Greek privatization fund and private investors in several privatizations and market liberalization reforms in the electricity and gas sectors as well as international tenders for the acquisition of majority shareholdings and/or strategic investments in major energy companies.
