Our involvement included advising on the development and construction of the complex, the management agreement with one of the leading international hotel operators of ultra-luxury resorts, the licensing of the hotel and all its ancillary establishments, the time-sharing scheme, employment issues as well as all other commercial agreements and arrangements, relating to its operation.
