- Advised an international credit institution in relation to regulatory, consumer and data protection rules governing the conduct of cross-border transactions with Greek customers
- Advising an online intermediation service provider on all contractual terms and conditions, privacy and cookies policies, compliance with applicable legislation, and IP rights of all parties involved in the platform creation
- Advising a local systemic bank on the formation of a technology joint venture for an online marketplace, including negotiating and drafting legal texts between shareholders, and providing guidance on the in-kind contribution of intangible assets
- Advised a pharmaceutical company on the acquisition of a Greek technology company including IP & IT due diligence, focusing among others on the clearance of the rights of all contributors, the open source tools used for the development of its software as well as the governance on non personal data and the processing of personal data
